Assist manager to deliver the goals including acquisition, development and retention
Assist to execute all rewards, campaigns and events as well as managing the promotions calendar
Work collaboratively with IT Dept. and agency for producing performance reports and ensuring data reports are generated to track success and pulling data
Work with app vendors to enhance the loyalty program with new and creative functions for shoppers with repeated purchase
Work with social media associate to create engagement via social media channels
Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in mall promotions, loyalty marketing or product marketing
Experience in retail loyalty program is preferred
Able to deliver impactful communications on-time and accurately
Multi-tasking, prioritized & efficiency in co-ordinating supporting functions
Strong project management skill with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Passion for pioneering new digital promotion programs
Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
Immediately available is highly preferred
