Senior Membership Manager / Membership Manager

The most prestigious Club House in Hong Kong is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales activity target and new membership sales targets
• Create and execute strategies to deliver actualized leads in line with membership budget, with an emphasis on corporate accounts
• Develop new corporate membership accounts and maintain existing ones with companies that align with the Parkview brand
• Ensure that corporate accounts are maximizing exposure of the Parkview membership
• Ensure that corporate accounts are generating club tours in line with membership budget
• Plan and ensure delivery of CRM strategies across the membership base encouraging member’s retention and loyalty
• Increase additional streams of revenue through the promotion and Sale of team building activities to corporate accounts sports associations and social groups
• Prepare and execute exhibitions and roadshows to promote Parkview services and products
• Analyze membership and Marketing Data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Handle existing members / public enquiries and reply to incoming calls / written and e-correspondences

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience in sales and marketing areas, preferably in Corporate Sales or Sponsorship sectors
• Eager to work in a dynamic working environment of a passionate & motivated team structure
• Experienced sales and partnerships development professional with a proven track record of building relationships, winning business, member acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies
• Mature with pleasant character, self-motivated, good customer service and aggressive
• Independent, attention to details, self-motivated, and problem-solving skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Shift duty on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday as required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Membership Manager
