Propose competitive sourcing solutions to buyers.
Prepare offers and follow up on the offers with buyers till receiving order confirmation.
Negotiate price, contract terms and conditions with suppliers.
Responsible for complete sales order management until shipment.
Ensure on-time deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, quality requirements and factory compliance.
Manage product presentation, meeting arrangement, samples delivery and storage, and artworks.
Frequent buying trips to Mainland China for material souring, factory visits and travels to trade fairs.
F.5 or above with min. 5 years merchandising experience
Familiar Leisure and camping products is an advantage
Experience with Japan market is an advantage
Good problem solving and project management techniques
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent communications and coordination skills with suppliers and overseas customers.
Service and results-oriented, good team-work spirit.
Immediately available is preferable.
