Order follow up from Customer enquiry, PO place until shipment complete.
Work independently with customer for daily task & requirement.
Work closely with factories/vendors to ensure on time delivery/shipment.
Solve problem on daily operation.
Handling customer system updating.
Factory visit when necessary.
Assist Manager and Director on any task of daily operations.
Handle ad hoc duty.
Over 5 years merchandising experience. Experience of Flooring product is preferable.
Fluent English in both verbal & written.
Strong skill on Excel, Word, PPT and Chinese typing.
Inventory management experience will be highly advantage.
Experience on handling US client.
Positive working attitude & detail minded.
Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
Aggressive, independent and able to work under pressure.
Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized, confident and good team player.
