Job Title: Senior Merchandiser
Ensure the range of products in La Perla's S outh Asia shops, that the product is in the right place, at the right time and with the right quantities, while support ing in Product Training, etc.
ü Analyze the qualitative and quantitative requirements of product for direct retail
ü Analyze the sell-in and the sell-out for products and customers
ü Manage 'a buying process' with logic of allocation of goods for each store in South Asia, based on the cluster, the objective of turnover, the type of customers, etc.
ü Coordinate the orders for every outlet shops in South Asia, in timing for the area forecast
ü Managing stock levels
ü Optimize the flow of product between stores
ü Collect the store's needs and feedbacks
ü Stock sell through improvement
ü Involvement in buying and OTB
ü Working together with store managers to ensure best assortment for each store
ü Family and Friends’ sales preparation and operation
ü High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
ü Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
ü Experience in buying, sales planning preferred
ü Strong Analytical skills with fashion oriented business mind.
ü Able to make clear decisions driven by business strategy
ü Highly organized, detail oriented and can multi task
ü Flexibility and humble, hard-working attitude and patience is essential
ü Bachelor’s degree or above
ü More than 6 years’ experience in buying &/or merchandising planning. Preferably in luxury retailer.
