Senior Officer – Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage and coordinate payroll related activities for Hong Kong and Macau regions including taxation, MPF, etc., and work with vendors for payroll preparation for overseas business units
  • Compile monthly HR and payroll related reports
  • Monitor staff benefits administration such as leave, medical, insurances, etc., and coordinate with brokers and insurance vendors
  • Provide support in annual exercises such as bonus computation, annual salary and benefit review, salary and benefits surveys, etc.
  • Handle employee compensation case filing and management
  • Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures to cope with business needs and compile with government regulations 


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level, preferably from retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and Macau Labor Ordinance and related regulations
  • Analytical, detail minded, good numeric sense with high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel application
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
