Senior Officer – Human Resources (HRBP)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment, including candidates sourcing, conducting interviews, making job offer and on-board arrangement.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review on a regular basis.
  • Prepare annual budget for recruitment plan, staff activities and etc.
  • Prepare Power Point or other related materials for regular reporting.
  • Draft the memo and staff communication message.
  • Organize and conduct New Joiner Orientation and review the program structure regularly.
  • Take an active role in organizing staff recreation activities and employee relations events.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, in which 4 years in frontline recruitment is essential; with experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry will be an advantage
  • An energetic and well-organized team player, with positive thinking and good analytical mind
  • Able to work independently within a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills to all level people and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Good in written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferable

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer – Human Resources
