Being a key contributor in the Human Resources Department, the incumbent supervises an officer to work independently in providing all rounded HR business partner services to the Hong Kong manufacturing facility with over 380 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR services to the operation, including recruitment, performance management, employees’ relations, training and development and compensation 
  • Support global HR projects and implement HR initiatives to maximize efficiency and strive for continuous improvement
  • Review and update HR policy and procedures, to ensure legal compliance and operational effectiveness
  • Support the operation on ISO system audit, customer and compliance audit

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in all rounded HR function preferably in manufacturing field
  • Prior experience as HR business partner role to support a business unit is desirable
  • Independent, meticulous, organized and systematic
  • Excellent analytical skills and sensitive to figures
  • Pleasant, a team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
