Senior Officer V Learning & Development (Corporate)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support the business growth
  • Responsible for the design, develop and delivery of various training programs for corporate staff and evaluate the overall training effectiveness
  • Liaise with internal parties to conduct comprehensive training needs analysis, design and execute different training initiatives to enhance Company’s learning culture as well as achieving the corporate goals
  • Liaise with external consultantsto developtrainingprograms and participate in various contests for corporate brand building
  • Monitor execution, review results and effectiveness of L&D policies such as Study Sponsorship. Identify and adopt best practices/processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance learning and development related processes and administration efficiencies
  • Refine and monitor the mystery shopper program in order to achieve the service target
  • Support in staff relation & development projects as required


  • Degree Holder in Training, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or business related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in learning and development. Experience in corporate training is definitely an asset
  • Self-motivated, well organized, independent and good team player
  • Strong in facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development
