Manage the technical infrastructure, including in house and cloud environment of MSF HK & Family to build a secured and agile environment. Work closely with digital team on web site, mobile development and digital initiatives.
Principal Accountability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to propose IT solutions in line with MSFHK IT strategy and business needs
Deliver IT project according to agreed objective, scope and schedule
Ensure compliance of IT infrastructure and systems with IT policy and cybersecurity requirements
Maintain and support all the network infrastructure, computing equipment, IT systems, web site hosting and cloud services to meet the pre-defined service level
Main Duties and Responsibilities
General Technical Support:
Manage the network, firewall and local LAN support
Manage the cloud hosting environment including Azure and AWS
Provide 2nd level support to Microsoft O365 platform, assist in platform administration, problem solving and new feature deployment
Define, execute, and/or monitor IT Operations routine and checklist.
Support IP telephony based on Microsoft Team
Organize and monitor data backup
Plan and apply patches to IT systems
Develop the IT disaster recovery plan and organize regular drills
Digital platform technical support
Administrate Azure and AWS platform to support digital projects rollout
Collaborate with digital team to facilitate the rollout of digital campaign, including SEO, SEM, payment gateway, etc
Provide technical support on web site and mobile app development & deployment
IT infrastructure projects
Manage infrastructure project to support MSF in the digital transformation, for example, cybersecurity, cloud migration, social media engagement
Cybersecurity
Oversee the IT operations security covering all aspect of technical infrastructure
Deploy, monitor and update IT security tools to enforce security polices, including Office 365 EMS, web filtering, antivirus, firewall IPDS, regular vulnerability scan and assessment
Advise management on cybersecurity improvement area
Develop cybersecurity end user training program
Alert management on any cybersecurity threats, fraud detected.
IT processes
Report to IT Manager and management on regular basis on IT service KPIs
Review IT process regularly for improvement
The Ideal Candidate
Information Technology Degree
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft AD, Windows servers, Sharepoint, MS Team, Office365, Intune, etc
Proficient knowledge in cybersecurity, toolsets and best practices. Certification in CISSP, CISM is desirable
Database management is optional but desired:
MySQL, MSSQL/MariaDB, MongoDB
Knowledge in web development is a desired:
HTML, JavaScript, PHP, NodeJS
Social media API
Payment gateway
Knowledge in ITIL, Project management is highly desirable
Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience
Fluent in Chinese and English
Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
Self-motivated, able to work independently and good team player
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Keep updated on latest technology trend
