Reporting to the Senior Manager (Budget and Administration), the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:
To provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to two Department Heads including arranging meetings, handling phone calls and emails, and processing contractual documentations independently
To prepare meeting papers, reports, statistics and other documents
To provide administrative support to the Administration Section including salary/ leave administration, logistics arrangement for VIP visits, event assistance, etc.
To share out the duties of the Secretary and provide standby coverage during her absence as and when required
University Degree in Business Administration, Language or related disciplines
Level 4 or above in HKDSE English and Chinese subjects or equivalent
A minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in secretarial support/ administrative duties, preferably in sizeable establishments
Proficient in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
Working Location: Lamma Island
