Senior Officer, Agency Compensation

China Taiping Life Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited

Responsibilities

  • Ensure agency payroll are performed accurately and on timely manner
  • Handle various compensation including but not limit to Appeal, Adjustment, Package Validation, Tax filing, IRD & Auditor enquires
  • Preparation of various business analytic reports for management review
  • Participate the system implementations, enhancement and perform UAT
  • Responsible for outbound calls for debt collections in a professional manner
  • Prepare demand letter, relevant documents to take legal action against debtors,
  • Follow up with debtors on their settlement overdue payments
  • Work closely and support other departments and agents on case handling
  • Support ad-hoc matters/ projects and administrative duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Distribution Support in insurance business, preferably in compensation or payroll management,
  • Good in analytical, strong self-initiatives, responsible, detail-minded with good problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
