To support the VP and manager of Agency Strategy to execute agency development strategy
To implement short and long-term agency development projects to support the agency force to achieve the KPIs such as productivity, production and persistency targets and results
To assist the manager to control the expenses of agency development projects within planned budget
To assist the manager to coordinate with DOAs, agency and internal departments to implement the Agency Development strategy and tactical plans
Degree holder or above
2 -3 years’ working experience in insurance industry
Work experience in Agency Development
High proficiency in MS office especially in Excel
