Senior Officer, Agency Talent Development

Major Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate training events such as CPD, insurance, financial planning, and other specified training program or seminar
  • Develop and deliver training courses
  • Ensure training materials are updated and accurate
  • Get feedbacks from stakeholders and trainees and evaluate the training courses
  • Handle training course related enquiries
  • Manage e-learning platform and other ad-hoc projects
  • Prepare training reports for management review
  • Provide a comprehensive training support to the team including coordinating training courses, training schedules and logistics management


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
  • 2 years of training experience in the insurance industry
  • Good analytical, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Familiar with agency culture and strong project management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
