Formulate training needs and teaching materials for agents at each development stage;
Act as a trainer to provide continuous training (CPD, IIQE) for existing and new agents;
Develop different agent activities and exchange meetings;
Review participation rate and conduct data analytic reports;
Formulate and strengthen sales promotion tools and training videos;
Coordinate team building activities for agent teams.

Requirements:
University graduate or above in Business relevant discipline;
More than 4 years of training experience, with at least three years in Insurance field;
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, organizational and planning skills;
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Good written and spoken Cantonese and English; Fluent speaking in Mandarin;
Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Assistant Manager.
大學本科或以上學歷;
4年以上的培訓工作經驗;
態度積極正面、有熱誠、具組織及策劃能力;
熟悉Microsoft Office (尤其Excel及PowerPoint);
良好中英文語言及書寫能力, 能操流利普通話;
較資深者可獲聘任為助理經理。
