Senior Officer /Assistant Manager - Credit Administration

Responsibilities

  • To handle queries from Front Office / Back Offices.
  • To review facility agreement / facility letter and provide comments.
  • Daily review of loans due and follow up with clients / facility agents / originating offices for instructions of loans due.
  • To review and process utilization / rollover requests.
  • To review FIF Form for facility limit set up purpose and prepare Loan Summary for new loan facilities.
  • To initiate the FIF Form for line reduction or cancellation; update of collateral records.
  • To preform limit monitoring / credit administration and control job
  • To maintain / monitor / follow up on the due / overdue items in relation to security documents and covenant documents.
  • To monitor and follow up on all credit irregularities and delayed payment.
  • To prepare monthly / quarterly reports to HK Control Team Meeting / Head Office / Finance & Control.
  • To handle audit confirmation.
  • To scan and upload the security documents including filing of security / account opening documents into fire proof cabinet.
  • To maintain/filing credit admin. / control documents.
  • To do the mapping in global system.
  • To assist in Project.

 

Requirements

 

Education

  • Secondary / Post-secondary preferred

Required experiences & knowledge

  • At least 5 years experience in wholesale banking in an international bank preferably in credit.
  • Experience in office administration is preferred.
  • Formal training in banking and credit, secretarial course and credit administration.
  • Languages: English and Cantonese (both spoken and written), Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willing to work overtime where necessary to meet tight closing deadlines.
