The Job

  • Be responsible for the reward management and engagement program on FWD MAX platform
  • Follow up redemption orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Handle and follow up members enquiry and redemption service
  • Prepare promotional materials plus reward page setup via CMS and rewards copywriting
  • Assist manager to execute channel engagement campaigns to improveplatform performance and achieve the team KPI
  • Support the campaigns launch and system development for customer and channel’s engagement
  • Assist the team to execute Ad-Hoc projects and digital marketing strategies to achieve the team KPI
  • Provide full administrative support including monthly payment handling

The Person

  • 4-5 years related working experience in marketing
  • Systematic, detail-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion
  • Solid experience in channel marketing in driving business growth in distribution channels
  • Organized and energetic with a positive working attitude
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • University degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
