Senior Officer / Assistant Manager, Loans Processing Services (Loans Support)

Responsibilities:

• Perform vault custodian
• Perform checker role on VRD & title deeds related matters
• Perform counter service which is related to car license renewal matters
• Perform follow-up activities regarding car insurance renewal
• Perform back office support function
• Perform other operations activities as ad hoc assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above (university undergraduate is preferred)
• Minimum 2 year’s practical experience in related areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and Chinese Word Typing
• Good communication skills
