Senior Officer / Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling the documentation checking & processing in relation to import/ export collection/ negotiation & related L/C business.
  • Maker’s roles for all credit administration duties including documentation preparing / checking, Facility line setting / Compile routine reports and safekeeping.
  • Support processing of loan drawdown, repayment and fee collection Syndicated loans as well as performing tasks as a syndicated loan facility agent.
  • Participating in various projects such as system enhancement

Job Requirements 

  • Form 6 graduate or Diploma in Banking, Management Studies or Law with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including English;
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in bills operations, of which at least 2 years experience in performing bills/ documents checking 
  • Experience in bills processing and inputting for all I/Et bills transactions
  • Familiar with UCP600, ISBP, AML and etc
  • Holder of CDCS preferable 
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin 
  • Hands-on experience in using PC applications e.g. MS Officer. Efficient in Chinese typing is a must.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Officer.
