Senior Officer/ AVP-User & Payment Product (Digital Banking Department)

Responsibilities:
- Enhance the capabilities of digital platforms including mobile APP, personal net banking, SME net banking, etc
- Develop customer-focused digital experience, formulate various product recommendations and coordinate product development
- Assist team lead to liaise with various teams such as business stakeholders, risk stewards , UIUX design, IT, marketing and operations to generate idea, define end-to-end customer journeys and shape outcome
- Ensure digital deliverables meet business stakeholders’ requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT and live test
- Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes and timely execute product enhancement and other risk based diligence
- Review the business performance after the launch of the project, support customer enquire about the product features and solve customers’ difficulties
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Information Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of digital product management, preferably with exposure in banking or financial sector
- Qualification in ECF is preferred
- Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
