Senior Officer, Branch Management Support

Dah Sing Financial Group

Reporting to Senior Manager, Branch Management, you will assist Branch Management Department to provide support in relation to sales operation and branch administration functions with an aim to uplift the service standard to branches.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Branch Management Department.
  • Perform a variety of sales operation tasks to assist branch users.
  • Liaise with other departments in areas of documentation, telecommunication, facilities management, etc.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide ad hoc support to any tasks assigned by supervisors

Incumbent Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, 2 years of experience of sales management office in retail banking is preferable.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Access) and MS Outlook.
  • Capable to work multi-tasks, well organized and meticulous in detail.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English, interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
