Senior Claims Officer
Our client is a leading Life & Medical insurer. They are continuing growing and won a lot of new business in recent years. To cope with the fast-growing business needs, they are urgently hiring a Senior Claims Officer to not only handling the day to day claims duties but also act as the team lead for coaching the junior teammates.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting daily claims administration, handling group claims (in-patient and out-patient), assessing claims and to ensure timely delivery of services to policyholders, business partners and brokerage.
Also, he/she will be able to act as a team lead for coaching/mentoring junior teammates.
