Senior Officer, Client Onboarding & Documentation Maintenance

  • University degree holder in accounting, business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial industry, with relevant
experience in client/Know Your Client documentation
  • Knowledge in client on-boarding process will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with FATCA & CRS will be an advantage
  • Good command in both English and Chinese (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced
environment
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility in working arrangements

Job Duties:
  • Process and input client information and data update into relevant
systems
  • Review account opening and related documents
  • Review client/prospect background and profile
  • Conduct checks on various KYC search engines, review the results and
escalate where necessary
  • Verify the updates being made to the client data system against the
relevant client instructions or other supporting evidence
  • Prepare daily summary on data updates processed
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
