Senior Officer, Client Service Delivery (Service Centre)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles walk-in enquiry and incoming email in Client Service Center
  • Handles and resolve complicated complaints/enquiries from clients or distribution channels
  • Act as the ambassador of Life & Health Business, maintain positive image and representing Operation in front of client.
  • Actively participate in service initiatives to uplift our service standard.
  • Handle Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Posses at least 4 - 5 years' experience in client service function, preferably within life insurance industry
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 5
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Strong problem solving skills with client focus mindset
