Job accountabilities

  • Manage and ensure daily operations and services meet the defined standard;
  • handle all incoming & outgoing correspondences and mails for the Dept.;
  • handle payment calculation & financing validation;
  • UAT & faciitate system ehancement;
  • arrange contract signing with new joiners;
  • assist in adhoc projecta; policy assignment, fringe benefits to the agents...etc.
  • handle & maintain the accounting database and related accounting reports, ensure data accuracy, to enable users to develop insightful analysis...etc.

The Requirement

  • Degree holder, with at least 4 years working exp. in MNCs; compensation design and concept;
  • Proactive, detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and business acumen for decision support;
  • good communications & pc skill - Excel /Access/Powerpoint.
