  • Achieve key performance indicators
  • Handle customer enquiries over the phone or face to face, resolve customer concerns / complaints in compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide professional service and prompt assistance to distributors, policyholders and potential clients
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by up-line
  • Investigate and solve clients’ problems and recommend / deliver solution to clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve work efficient and effectiveness, make recommendations and implement


  • Degree holder
  • 4 years’ solid hotline experience in insurance industry
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
  • Willing to work on shift and rotation basis
  • Completion of LOMA 280 & 290 is an advantage
  • IIQE registered
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
