Senior Officer, Digital Marketing (Media and Acquisition)

Digital Advertising

• Monitor and optimize performance for digital media campaigns (SEM, programmatic, social, etc) in a daily manner
• Analyze weekly/monthly/seasonal performance data to generate insights and take actions to maximize online conversions
• Manage media agency for in-depth optimization on sales acquisition and leads generation performance

Digital Campaigns

• Assist in the planning and executions of brand campaign, social media promotions and product launch campaigns
• Handle the productions of various digital marketing materials such as website, display ads, social posts, eDM, animation, videos, etc and develop ad content copywriting
• Responsible for campaign fulfilment to eligible customers
• Perform ad hoc assignment or other related duties as assigned
• Monitor campaign budget and expenses
• Prepare post-campaign report and provide recommendations based on the insights

Digital Partnerships

• Explore and develop new partnerships to extend AXA's presence in the market
• Grow and maintain relationship with existing partners to grow the business, build product awareness and generating leads

Job Requirements:

• University graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in insurance, banking, financial institutions or advertising agency
• Experience in paid search and digital advertising knowledge is preferred
• Good understanding on digital advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, and other web/app analytics, etc
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong numeric and analytical skill, and good business senses
• Attention to details, self-initiative and result-oriented
• A good team player, be proactive and with can-do spirit. Have a strong sense of ownership & accountability
• Good project management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy
