The Job:

  • Assist the Senior Manager and Senior Management of Agency Operations to provide efficient and quality management support so as to contribute to the achievement of business targets and agency management.
  • Produce timely analysis that fit the needs of the management at both group and local levels.
  • Analyze regular reports on agency activities/initiatives and performance for agency and management review.
  • Use data and insights from various sources to provide ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement to achieve business targets.
  • Interact and present results to agency management.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, management information support to function head and other key stakeholders.

The Person:

  • University degree holder in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Statistics or Business Administration) or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years・ relevant working experience in insurance industry, preferably in areas of agency sales support
  • Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing (Advanced knowledge of EXCEL preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong elicitation and impact analysis skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
