This position will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in providing one-stop HR services to business units.


  • Perform the full range of HR services to designated business units including talent acquisition, employee relations, retention and performance management
  • Assist to manage the relationship with business partners to ascertain their manpower needs and participate in projects / programs to support their manpower and people development needs
  • Deliver HR support and advice to all business units on daily HR operations and engage employees
  • Implement employer branding, employee relations and engagement related initiatives and projects
  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or business partner role gained in sizeable companies
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good team player with effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work with all levels of internal customers
