The successful candidate will be involved in planning and designing of Sino malls loyalty program initiatives towards the strategic goals and enhance sales performance of tenants as a whole. He/ She will also be helping to drive for the implementation of aggressive action plans, including but not limited to membership promotion, privileges, communication, partnership programs, etc. Further duties include: develop and launch marketing and CRM plan, member recruitment and re-activation, daily operation support and effective liaison with different parties.
