Job Highlights

To provide high-quality deliverables in marketing campaign and communications to HKIB members and stakeholders by supporting the Marketing, Membership & Events (MME) Team to enhance Membership engagement and build brand awareness.  

Job responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing, Membership & Events (MME) team to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of the branding and promotion campaigns
  • Manage the editorial and production of Institute’s publications including the bi-monthly journal Banking Today and annual reports
  • Draft and produce stakeholders’ communication including e-newsletter, event and training programme updates, and other correspondence
  • Research and develop content for executive speeches, scripts and other thought leadership materials
  • Act as social media custodian and draft/ edit promotional messages for thematic campaigns and regular feeds
  • Support the team’s administration
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirements

  • University degree holder or above, preferably in communications, language and PR & marketing discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with proven track record
  • Equipped with good communication and organisation skills, sharp business acumen and high sense of self ownership
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as Officer, Marketing & Communications
