  • Coordinate with Project Team, Authorized Persons and Consultants, including but not limited to, the preparation and update of sales brochures and other statutory documents, application of pre-sale consent, preparation of marketing collaterals, etc.;
  • Liaise with legal consultants for statutory compliance and related sales administration;
  • Engage in marketing and promotional activities of the property portfolio; 
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team;


  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 5 years’ working experiences with at least 3 years preferably in property developers or surveying firms; 
  • Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is essential;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua;
  • High proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
  • Detail minded with strong interpersonal and organizing skills;
