Senior Officer, Membership & Customer Services

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
  • To identify the sales opportunity for member development & growth of membership base.
  • To introduce/upsell GS1HK solutions & services during member engagement visit/call.
  • Assist to coordinate/monitor of member events (e.g. workshop, site visit & etc).
  • To assist follow up and monitor vendor performance.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by managers.
  • College or University graduate preferably in sales & marketing or related fields.
  • At least 3-year face-to-face sales/customer experience.
  • Positive, patience, outgoing, detail-minded, well-organized and able to work independently with sense of ownership.
  • Knowledge in e-Commerce and social media is preferred.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin and good written skill in English and Chinese.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing.
