Senior Officer / Officer, Compliance
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company's policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Perform internal compliance controls over the company’s operations and business activities
- Co-operate with legal department to handle related enquiries from regulatory bodies
- Review and maintain compliance related policies and manuals
- Responsible for daily routine compliance work
- Co-operate with related departments to deliver in-house compliance training
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachel or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ working experience in banking industry
- Able to handle multi-tasks independently and meet tight deadlines
- Possess high level of integrity, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office
