Senior Officer / Officer, Customer Due Diligence - Call Centre Hotline (Permanent / Contract)

Job Purpose

Support CDD customer hotline and perform maker role to support retail / corporate customer due diligence on conducting periodic review, trigger event review and Enhanced Due Diligence

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CDD customer hotline and handle enquiries related to CDD
  • Engage in Customer Due Diligence process for periodic review and trigger event review for corporate and personal clients
  • Review and check for completeness of CDD information and supporting documentation before submitting the case for checking and approval
  • Conduct Name Screening under the Bank’s AML / CTF program
  • Handle potential breach cases of Sanctions under the Bank’s AML / CTF program
  • Act as the focal point for CDD information clarification among BU, customers, checkers and approvers
  • Comply with regulatory and the Bank’s requirements for CDD review

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above
  • Minimum 2 years of customer services / call centre related experience in banking field
  • Knowledge of retail/ corporate banking and Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) is preferred
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
