Job Descriptions:

The Senior Officer in the Customer Services & Policy Administration Department will provide extensive supports to both corporate and individual clients including the job scope as below:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests in relating to employee benefit products and general insurance services in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other internal departments to ensure customer’s requests to be properly handled and resolved in order to maintain customer satisfaction level.
  • Maintain the records of customers’ request accurately.
  • Handle policy checking, billing and massive daily mailings. Ensure the policy contents as accurate, issue billing timely and deliver documents to clients without any delay.
  • Follow up the policy related documents.
  • Provide supports to other teams such as business renewal and others administrative issues

Requirements

  • Higher diploma holder of business-related disciplines with good academic results
  • Possessing 3 years related experience in general insurance claims or employee benefits is a must.
  • Candidate for IIQE papers is required; passing on IIQE papers 1, 2 & 3 will be advantage.
  • Good computer skills on MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good customer service, problem solving and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, positive, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and to meet deadline.
  • Having personal attributes such as “Can-do" and “Follow-through" attitudes is more important than technical competences.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
