  • Ability to work independently with the Key Accounts with Routing orders of the Company
  • Coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure efficient supply of products and services to customers
  • Order follow-up and monitor customers/ oversea offices inquiries
  • Provide clerical support to the team


  • Tertiary Education or above
  • 5 years or above customer services experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
  • Must be familiar with both air freight operations
  • Good communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and a good team player
  • Fluent English, Putonghua is a must
  • PC literate including Chinese word processing
  • Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
  • Fresh Graduate is also considered

Candidate with less experience will be considered as "Officer - Customer Services"
