Senior Officer / Officer, HR (C&B)

Our client, a well-established investment securities company to invite high calibre candidates to join their company.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor on payroll calculations and regular reports for the responsible region
  • Provide assistance to employee queries on C&B related matters
  • Assist on employee compensation and benefits at regional level, such as social security contribution , medical insurance, employee discount, etc.
  • Participate in various HR projects such as salary & benefit surveys, performance review, annual budget, employee engagement programmes, etc.
  • Maintain accurate employees related records
  • Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • minimum 2 years human resources, experience in C&B at financial and banking industry, highly prefer in securities sector
  • Attentive to details with strong analytical skills and good numeric sense
  • Well understanding of Hong Kong Employment law
  • Enjoy teamwork, responsible and proactive, with pleasant personality;
  • Able to multitask under tight deadlines and a good team player
  • Excellent command of Chinese (Typing & written) & English, with proficiency in Putonghua a must.
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
