Senior Officer, Operations Support (Operations Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Review & verify output from the maker on non-cash financial transactions including remittance services, reports, data input, and etc
• Review and monitor controls across the team, assess and manage operational risks, escalating as required
• Participate in new product, service, system upgrade and ad-hoc projects, including workflow design, testing and etc as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder or above
• Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience with at least 3 years supervisor experience in branch operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Skillful in resolving problems and complaints
• Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing skills
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese; Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua
