Senior Officer (Product Development)

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and bring in new fin-tech concepts on securities products
• Engage in projects on securities products enhancement.
• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of cross teams to deliver product enhancements in accordance with the department strategic plan
• Work closely with parties to understand product features, operation flow and liaise with parties on development and implementation
• Provide training to related parties
• Assists in developing and manage the project schedule to achieve milestones, deliverable and timeline
• Assists in developing internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• University graduate with major in Business Administration/Finance/Information Technology/Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in product management and development with sound knowledge in Banking and Finance, especially in Securities (Cash/Margin) products would be an advantage
• Experience in working in Fintech, e-Commerce related tech companies will also be considered
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and analytical skill
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency
• Good Time and project management skills to handle multiple task concurrently
