Senior Officer, Strategic Support

Job Highlights:

Mainly provide support to Distribution & Performance Management teams on producers' account management, performance tracking, sales compliance related matters and license registration etc.

Job Duties:

  • Support in the preparation, completion and distribution of performance tracking for business to monitor production
  • Produce accurate and timely on regular and ad hoc management information drawn from a variety of internal systems
  • Monitor distribution compliance policies / procedures as well as liaison with Compliance and Legal departments and distributors on service agreements and due diligence requirements for new and existing partners
  • Handle and review the producers license registration, renewal and correspondence (including data update to Insurance Authority); create and maintain the proper agent codes for business use
  • Maintain proper record and backup for the both internal and external audit tracking, complying regulatory, Group and business requirements
  • Act as a coordinator and source of supports on distribution related new initiatives / transformation projects
  • Support digital readiness and promotion, and related initiatives for intermediaries and company-wide new initiative as required
  • Co-ordinate distributors related engagement events for relationship building
  • Support in the preparation and execution of client events
  • Responsible for collaborating with external parties in arranging logistics arrangement for client events such as the relevant pre-and post- activities with intermediaries.
  • Support in the development and monitoring of business campaigns to enhance business production
  • Maintenance of the producers' record for internal use


  • Post-secondary education or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in financial institutions, with the capacity of handling distributor administration (including legal agreement), partner communication and planning & performance management information
  • Flexibility in handling ad hoc initiatives/projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; VBA, Excel Marco and Power BI are an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, strong in working with details, with strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
  • Good business sense and ability to understand business' needs and put into daily practices and interactions
  • Ability to analyse performance data and present findings in an easy-to-understand way
