Assist client in day to day issues in relation to fund transfer, securities settlement, corporate actions, billing; liaise with internal teams to help clients in an effective and timely manner
Ensure clients’ inqueries are apporpriately communicated to Operations and follow up on related initiatives; Maintain and strengthen client relationship through high quality client service
Collate and analyse data to facilitate business and system development initiatives; contribute to the continuous improvement of Client Service and Operations processes and systems
Participate in custody internet banking enhancement project
Job Requirements
University graduate
At least 2 years of client service, sales support or related experience within the financial cervices industry
Custody/Securities Services is highly preferred
Familiar with investment products and post-trade processing
Capable of dealing with clients’ questions and problem-solving
Ability to work multitask effectively and meet strict deadlines
Able to successfully prioritize tasks and coordinate several priorities at once
Fluency in English, Cantonese &Mandarin is essential
Proficient in MS office tools and both Chinese and English word processing
