Review and comment fund administration / custodian agreements, funds offering documents and clients’ KYC and CDD documents
Coordinate with fund managers and internal teams to finalize fund documents, fund administration /custodian agreements and related OM within prescribed timeframe
Perform oversight on operation of trustee or fund administrator and delegated service generally, including performing regular review/control testing in relation to the trustee/fund administration business in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Client onboarding management
Identify breaches, risks and other matters and provide advice to internal parties and/or clients on matters in fiduciary aspects for rectification/escalate report in timely manner
Report trustee and fiduciary matters to Trustee director
Other Compliance related issues
Job Requirements
University graduate in Law/Business/Economics/Compliance/CPA
At least 2 years of related working experience
Experience in reviewing KYC documents preferred
Good knowledge in private fund, custodian services or SFC authorized funds
Good understanding of SFC authorized funds regulations and Cayman funds regulations
