(Senior) Operational Risk Manager (Ref: SORM-KF-CT-NCB)

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain operational risk policies
• Review and analyse operational incidents, evaluate operational risk level for banking products, services and workflow and recommend solutions to minimize the risk of the bank
• Execute measures with reference to Basel requirements to ensure the bank complies with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Operation Management, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years banking experience in operational risk or internal audit;
• Substantial knowledge in regulatory requirements relating to banking industry
• Analytical, independent and objective when making judgments
• Flexible, proactive and independent with sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
