Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help to proactively identify & implement effective talent acquisition strategies for our retail stores as well as managing & monitoring daily hiring activities in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
Manage the full-cycle hiring process for retail operations with positions from store manager to barista.
Proactively identify and implement effective sourcing strategies for different trade zone segmentation. Continuously build and sustain a high quality diverse candidate pipeline.
Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and interview process for current and future approved openings.
Develop and manage relationships with external parties to build a high quality and diverse candidate pool.
Responsible for hiring effectiveness analysis and preparation of relevant reports to share and discuss with management.
Coach district managers & store managers on accurate arrangement of hiring related documents in compliance with our policies & guidelines and in legal aspect thru prompt troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
3 years relevant experience and proven track record in handling hiring independently preferably gained from retail industry
Hands-on experience in direct sourcing and knowledgeable in using different digital hiring platform
Creative and energetic, possess with excellent communication and analytical skills, sound business acumen and able to understand on how to connect the relationship between the HR value proposition with the business and the talent acquisition strategy
Hands-on PC skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
