Responsibilities:

  • Handle client cash withdrawal / deposit / foreign exchange instruction
  • Process daily transaction matching and trust account reconciliation 
  • Prepare pledge stock and daily cash flow report
  • Process IPO loan, loan draw down and term deposit

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance / Business Management
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' relevant working experience in securities industry
  • Experienced in handling Telegraphic Transfer and CHATS Payment
  • Knowledge of banking and clearing systems, such as PPS, Bill Payment, STS, CBS, Straight2 Bank, HSBCnet
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Meticulous and self-motivated
  • Able to work overtime, under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Payment Assistant
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
