Senior People Services (HR) Specialist

The Job :

  • Responsible for a bundle of HR duties including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Employee’s Relation and Employee’s Engagement
  • End to end recruitment related activities including job ad design (O+O), talent sourcing, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding process
  • Provide professional advice & support to line managers on staffing & manpower planning issue
  • Provide support in various employee relations initiatives and events such as staff development, communication sessions, team building activities, employer branding initiatives
  • Implement efficient recruitment strategies on staff recruitment by using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the right talent
  • Maintain people record & database and compile regular report & analysis for management review

You will be a GOOD FIT for us if you are :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in People Management, especially in Recruitment
  • Previous experience in Retail or FMCG Industry will be an advantage
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple tasks within a tight deadline
  • A proactive team player with good communication in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
