Senior Personnel & Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programmes to meet the business needs and development goals
  • Source and liaise with external training providers in the design and delivery of an array of learning solutions
  • Design staff communication materials and oversee related training administration
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training data compilation and prepare relevant reports
  • Accountable for end to end talent acquisition process including talent search through effective channels, screening, interviewing, onboarding as well as related employment and separation formalities
  • Handle annual compensation and benefit exercise including salary review, bonus payout, staff cost budgeting and market research
  • Manage HR digitalization, intranet revamp and ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduates in Human Resources Management/ Training and Development or equivalent
  • With at least 6 years’ relevant experience in property industry or sizeable companies
  • A team player, resourceful, detail-minded, of can-do attitude and good numerical sense
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and with strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Conversant with HK Labour Ordinance and MS applications
