What you will do
This position will be responsible for the development, qualification and continuous improvement of various power package / module.
Primary job responsibilities will involve New power package / module technical development. e.g different BOM and interaction with process / equipment.
This role requires in-depth understanding of interaction between material, related processes/equipment and package / module integrity.
Identify cost down opportunities and drive projects to enhance package competitiveness
Apply statistical analysis tools, failure analysis and problem solving techniques to enhance power package / module performance
Prepare reporting and data analysis for project analysis and management review
What you will need
Must have a Master/Degree in Mechanical / Electronic / Electrical or related discipline with minimum 10 years experience in the semiconductor or other relevant.
Solid knowledge in power package/module assembly
Solid experience of cross-functional projects will be required to successfully solve complex BOM Material/process/equipment integration challenges.
Willing to take responsibility and ownership to aggressively focus on problems either individually or part of a larger team.
Fast learner and keep abreast of latest market technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capable to adapt to the company’s changing needs and priorities
Be a self-motivated team player
Familiar with statistical methods (Minitab, DOE, Technical report writing, FMEA & etc.) is required.
Sound Project/Program management experience , preferably with accreditation of PMP
