Job Responsibilities:

  • Local operational responsibility for the respective Key Account
  • Develop specific local account operational strategy (e.g. project forecast) and action plan for operation excellence
  • Develop and expand account relationship
  • Technical guidance of local Key Account Team
  • Supervision of processes regarding the respective key account
  • Record and document Key Account related operational information (e.g. project status, project delivery rate [on time / delay rate], team work load situation etc.) and report to operational head regularly
  • Conduct research of customer‘s satisfaction (e.g. client survey).
  • Responsibility on optimization of services and processes taking customer‘s requirements into consideration
  • Ensure documentation and follow up of the implementation of Key Account business processes such as project flow, sample arrangement
  • Apply the Escalation Management scheme (set up by the Key Account Manager or Operational head) if necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality control / assurance or related industry, with 2 years in managerial role
  • University graduate in Marketing, Business, Science or Engineering disciplines
  • Quality assurance experience in European market is preferable
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to understand and analyze customer needs
  • Self-motivated, responsible, patient, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
  • Good team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good project management, execution and process improvement skills
